Hey everyone, This is a very different type of video. I recently took up painting again and some of you requested a Speed Painting video so here it is. Sit back, enjoy the music and paint with little Bubz. This is my 3rd painting lesson with Tim Gagnon. He is a fellow Youtuber and amazing artist. I found him a week ago and have been OBSESSED with his painting techniques. His passion inspires me so much and I'm learning so much from him right now. Hello my hot char siu buns! Bubz is back with a 6-in-1 hair tutorial wakakaka. Slap me some skin! *high 5* The weather is getting warmer and warmer by the day and it's just too hot to wear the hair down now (No thanks to humid frizzy hair getting stuck on our backs please). In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to create 6 on-the-go hairstyles that will literally take you about a minute or two. They are not only quick & easy but also very comfortable for the sizzling weather. These hairstyles are very basic to do so they would be great for school/work. How to get a Guy to Like You
Hey bubbiful ones, So here is the next Girl Talk video. This month's topic is highly requested and it's "How to get a Guy to Like You". This topic is pretty broad. It can be defined in different ways such as from appearance and flirtation. I like to believe these methods are also effective but they are the temporary forms of attraction. Permanent attraction comes from Character and we will be talking about that today. Everybody is different. You can't "make" somebody like you. All you can do is make the most out of your character. Before you want somebody to accept you. You must accept yourself first and get your thinking right too. When you realize what matters most, you will automatically be at your most attractive. I gathered input from all of the wonderful guy viewers out there and we'll be sharing what attracts them and puts them off in girls too. That'll be fun. Beautiful Skin Remedy

I am so thankful for it and I am so excited to share it with you guys. I am a little nervous about this video though because I show some pretty horrific pictures of a skin reaction that I had not long ago. But ahh well... sometimes, poo happens lol! During my skin reaction, I had to cleanse my face with oatmeal since the chemicals from my cleansers were aggravating my skin even more. Now that my skin has recovered, I STILL clean my face with oatmeal. Why? I have seen the benefits and I find that the more I use it, the better the condition of my skin has become. Do you know that oatmeal is an incredible cleanser for the skin? It has the ability to relieve itchiness, redness, dryness and minor irritations. It absorbs and removes dirt & impurities whilst exfoliating the skin gently without all the harmful chemicals (found in a lot of our skincare products). It also helps the skin to fight against free radicals because it's so abundant in anti-oxidants. Result? Smoother, clearer and brighter skin without the $$$ Whilst rinsing the face, I can already feel my skin feeling silkier. My face looked glowy, radiant and smooth. Makeup for Sick Days
Hey baby angels ^.^ Boohoo for sick days! I've been struck with the cold for the past 2 weeks. My nose is so blocked that I struggle getting sleep these days. Im mega exhausted and kinda bummed out but it's ok, we all get sick. We just need to get lots of rest, drink lots of water and take medicine. It also inspired me to do a Makeup for Sick Days tutorial hehee. Figured this might come in handy for this time of the year. This is really just an everyday look that targets the problematic areas of the flu (dry skin, red nose, pale lips, puffy eyes etc). In fact, this look can also be worn for tired days too. We'll all want to stay home in our pjs and whine all day but there's gonna be days where we'll need to go out (and face people O_O). It could be for work, school or errands. I don't know about you guys but when I'm sick, the last thing I want to do is to spend too much effort or time doing my makeup. I only have two criteria: 1. Sick friendly makeup. I'm sneezing all the time so my eyes water like crazy throughout the day. I don't need my eye makeup to smudge on me. 2. Let's not be greedy. We don't need to look glamorous. Looking healthy is enough for me. Caking lots of makeup on a tired face only makes things worse. I've learnt that lots of foundation makes a dry face look even more cakey. Perfect Spring Hair in Minutes
Hello sunflower babies! Here is another quick hair tutorial. Today I'm going to show you guys how to create this beautiful hairstyle that's perfect for Spring. If you look carefully, it's a volumised twisted rope braid at the top but also a princess braid at the bottom. I've shown both techniques before but if you combine them together- it creates a beautiful & unique combo. This hairstyle is elegant but also laid back which makes it perfect for Spring and Summer days. This hairstyle screams Spring from it's elegance & softness and it's my to-go Spring hair because it's so easy & quick to do. You don't have to just wear this hairstyle to the side. You can have it split into two parts if you wish for a cuter look. Dress it up with any cute hairband for a different feel. I purchased my floral head band from New Look a year ago. IDEA: If you have thick hair- you can try fish braiding the ends rather than braiding. That was actually my intended idea but my hair is too layered/thinned out these days. Hey guys, Thank you so much for the positive feedback from my last painting video. Some of you were asking for more painting videos to come so I vlogged my most recent painting lesson from Tim Gagnon. It's my last misty forest lesson =( I give all credits of this painting to Tim Gagnon. It was his guidance that led to the completion of this painting. I can't explain how much your comments meant to me. It really motivates me to improve and maybe someday- maybe I can become a true artist by selling my work. If not- teaching art will be just as rewarding ^_^. I have so much more to learn and it's given my life so much more direction and inspiration. These types of videos will hopefully show the other side to me. I like beauty, hair and fashion but there's more that inspires me. It also allows me to talk to you guys. I guess... I want you guys to know that despite everything that's happened, I am still the same old Bubz. Youtube has been a great stepping stone for me. It's helped me develop my tshirt range, makeup brushes and has given me countless opportunities. I really realized that happiness doesn't come from success or fame... So, here we are... We're almost at 1 million subscribers and couldn't have done this without you all. Before we hit this milestone, I wanted to have a Heart to Heart with you guys. Tim and I have been together for 8 ½ years and it's been such an amazing journey. I know he is definitely the one. We adore each other but it doesn't mean we don't have problems. We both have flaws and we both had to overcome a lot of problems. These 9 years have taught me so much about relationships, myself and Tim. I'm definitely not a love expert but I can share my insight on how we maintain the positivity in our relationship. Share an extra point of view. Whether you're in a relationship or single, I hope you will still find this helpful. Especially for my younger girls out there because I know we make the most mistakes with our first relationships. I have been wearing my hair like this in HK cause its a quick way for me to dress up and funk up a bad hair day. It just looks chic and artistic. It's real quick and easy. Sometimes you can wear for school or shopping or whatever you wish. All you need is a hair band and some bobby pins. For a more dramatic look, you can always 'back comb' your hair but I'm not a big fan of hair teasing. This hairstyle works best on longer hair tho =( If your hair is shorter, you may want to pull your ponytail lower. I'll be making more hair tutorials soon, stay well everyone. Here is a Bumble Bee nail tutorial for you guys =) I had no idea that you guys enjoyed nail tutorials so much. I wanted to do a Spring inspired nail design and my boyfriend mentioned Bumble Bees which I thought would be awesome idea. This design is nice & airy. Cute & Fresh. Pastel shades are huge for Spring/Summer. You can always choose a pink, green or yellow background if you wish. When I posted this as a twitpic, a viewer questioned whether I was taking credit for another girl's idea. I had no idea what she was talking about and she linked me to a blog post of a girl's nail design which did look similar. I promise you guys I had no idea that somebody already did something similar and it was pure coincidence. I've always drawn bees like this ever since I was a little girl (maybe from watching Winnie the Pooh? Not sure). The girl did an awesome job too but let's just agree that great minds think alike? All it takes is plenty of patience and practice. Like I always say, try to practise on a friend and vice versa. If this is too much for you- why not just try pastel shades on your nails? Sometimes simplicity looks best ^_~. A killer colour is all you need for your nails to stand out. To everybody asking about the contest- Deadline is 17th March (midnight so really 18th). It takes me less than 4 minutes to create this hairstyle. Very elegant and girly. It's a great hairstyle for school and its very comfortable to wear ^_^ Remember, practice makes perfect. The more you practice braiding, the better you get =) I am the LAZIEST when it comes to hair. Notice how I never spend more than 5-7 minutes with my hair? I talk my experiences with acne, share ten essential tips to Clear skin and 3 tips of my own that I swear by. I know what it feels to have acne. So many of you guys have asked for something without a flat iron or hair curler (or any styling product). So I hope you guys like this 'do' =) x Whether you have layers like me or not, it will still work. I used to do this when I was younger and I had one length hair and it actually looks just as well. I had to wear circle lenses for my photoshoot and I wore them all that week. I think these lenses are Geo... Not reali sure of the name.. Geo angel?... hmm... Stick to your normal lenses. Hey guys, I'm not responding to the person trying to hurt me. Please don't be mistaken. I have ignored this person and couldn't give 2 pieces of poo about him/her. I'm making this video to alert my viewers so there is no misunderstanding. I'm not looking for sympathy cz its no big deal and I'm a big girl =). I just want things to be cool. Like icecream. Hey guys! Many of you requested an updated skincare routine video but this time, I wanted to cover more. Skin shouldn't just be about the products you use on your face. It's also about lifestyle and diet as well. I start my day with my skincare routine and I end my day with my skincare routine. It's not a chore to me because I love it and it's become part of my everyday lifestyle. I see it as a pampering treat. There's a misconception out there about me. Some of you think I have perfect skin (or near perfect). Trust me, my skin isn't perfect. The camera and lighting can be so deceiving. My skin will never be perfect but it has improved a lot throughout the years. I guess it just took years for me to realize what works best for my skin. Today, I'll be sharing my skincare routine with you guys, I'll also be sharing tips that I swear by to keep my complexion happy and also my skin massage routine to help lift and slim down the face. I'm not skin expert, I'm just a girl that's very interested in beauty & skincare like a lot of you guys out there. Does skincare HAVE to be a lot of effort? It can be I guess but not nessecary. I think cleansing and moisturizing is most important. Does everybody need 6-7 products on their skin? I guess not. Everybody is different and some will need to put in more effort, some don't. Here is a 'Barely there/No makeup' makeup for you guys! Looking like a radiant natural beauty never goes out of style (even though you are actually really wearing makeup lol). Ofc being natural is wearing no makeup. This is just a tutorial on perfecting that flawless natural look WITH makeup. It's very popular trend with Korean actresses and through these methods- they appear fresh, youthful and radiant. They look like they aren't wearing much makeup but ofc they are! Looking fresh faced and natural is very popular in Asia. I used to wonder how do these women look so freaking flawless. It's all about smart high lighting and soft application of makeup. Instead of adding colour/mood into your face. It's simply enhancing features of your face. Of course you can say 'Why not just wear nothing on your face then? Surely that's natural!!' but not all of us can walk out and look flawless. So this look is really just correcting flaws so you should still look like yourself- just a bit more enhanced. I feel this look will cause a lot of controversy about ppl like to exaggerate and bend situations. I don't wear makeup everyday. This is simply the korean celeb inspired look. Take it or leave it. Yessie? =P Wearing this look makes me look more awake than full face makeup (eyeshadows, lipstick, gloss, etc) because some eyeshadows can make the eyes look yellow/dull. Note! 5 Min Beach Waves Hair
This is another hair tutorial on how to acheive that 'Beachy' hair. You know the type where your hair looks like a surfer girl's hair? It's kind of wavy, its kind of messy but it looks natural and very beautiful? This is different from my 'How to create crimp waves' tutorial because for this tutorial, the waves are rounder and less. This gives the natural look. The result is a soft, flowing and toussley look which is great for Spring/Summer. It takes me around 5 minutes to do this. I also did this type of hair for my contest video which you guys have requested about. There are so many different ways to use your straighteners, its all about experimenting. I actually went straight to do my '2min up do' if you are wondering how I got my hair so textured before the updo hairstyle. It's pretty simple but I really think simple nail designs look best. It is a gradient chic nail design that reminds me of the starry night skies. It can glam up an outfit instantly! How to: Green Tea Facial Scrub Tutorial (detox your skin)
(yes guys, I woke up and did this tutorial without doing my hair... Mega bed head alert) Hi everyone, Here is another homemade mask recipe as promised. I am loving this facial scrub so much!!!! You guys have to try it. Who needs to spend large amounts of cash when all you need is to go downstairs into your own kitchen? My 'Origins Modern Friction' exfoliater works great but my skin is far too sensitive for the ingredients. It stung my face when I washed it out. Until one morning, I was sipping my greentea when I suddenly had a thought and wondered if we can use greentea as an ingredient for our skin. We can!!! Greentea not only tastes wonderful but has promising benefits for our body and skin. This homemade mask is inexpensive and great for getting rid of dead skin cells (which can pile up giving you a dull complexion). By using the scrub when it is slightly warm, it opens our pores allowing the nutrients of the mask to cleanse deep within. I get questions by people asking me how they can reduce appearance of scars. The answer is by exfoliating and removing the scar tissues. You can even use this scrub on your body. The amount I reccomended is for 2-4 applications. You can adjust the recipe to make it more 'thick' or 'thin' so it suits yourself. I would reccomend you to exfoliate at least once a week.
