2 new blog posts up on happycabbie.blogspot.com one addressing Brett Keane and the other addressing Corky who both recently addressed me in video. Well his latest account www.youtube.com although because it was linked to Google Plus it displayed his user name as Brett Keane, was just terminated by YouTube. This comes just hours after he filed a bunch of bogus copyright claims on videos of the BlogTV debate between him and Straightd0pe. While I can not know for sure that he was terminated for abusing the DMCA, the timing is too good to logically assume otherwise. However the people affected will still have to counter-notice these copyright claims in order to have the videos restored and their accounts back into good standing. In your counter-notice you should state the following. "This video does not violate the copyrights of Brett Keane.
