One is that Caspian is the prince and at the same time the one who helps Susan aka Snow White escape and the queen getting killed at the end (just like in the Disney version). Description (if you don't understand the vid itself): Susan is a princess, beloved by everyone in the kingdom. Only her stepmother (I know Lucy's younger than her, but the mirror scene just worked and who says she can't be younger, even happens nowadays, why not in a medieval world?) is jealous of her beauty, asking her mirror who the fairest one in the kingdom is. When her reflection turns into Susan's she is shocked and decides to have her killed. Caspian hears about her plans, as he overhears a conversation between her and one of her councellors. He leaves immediately to warn her and saves her. Sadly her escape wasn't unseen and many knights follow her to make sure she won't come back alive. She rides day and knight, not breaking once, until she gets off her horse and starts fighting them, causing to almost get killed. But she is rescued by dwarfes who saw the riders following and fighting her. They invite her to stay in ther mystic forest, forming a great friendship. The queen believing she is dead sees through her mirror about Susan's new life and plans to bring it to an end ...
Outlander (2008) - Trailer [BOIT #5]
My entry for the 5th challenge of BOIT. Why this movie? I don't know. Do I like it? Well, it is a mix between Fantasy & Sci-Fi, there's Jim Caviezel looking quite nice and all... so, yeah. It was a good movie, quite the original storyline, even though some parts were a bit cliché, but I really enjoyed it. I watched it on a night my computer was off-limit because it was in the same room with my parents who were serious-talking and I didn't want to interrupt... so I turned on the TV and found this. I usually don't watch single movies... I'm more the TV show or long sagas type. But sometimes it can happen :) ------------------------- Music: Muse - "Resistance" X-Ray Dog - "Fight For Glory" ------------------------- I wanted to thank the judges again for letting me through the last round and since my last BOIT video was also a trailer, I tried to follow the suggestions and listen to the critics and tried to fix what seemed off last time. I also added again subtitles because they were very much appreciated. I hope it turned out realistic enough :) I did all the textures (but I can't take credit for the brushes and some bases I used... ) trying my hand again with Photoshop too and it was nice, but I guess it still looks like fanmade... oh well... I had fun. I love making trailers and new fandoms are always fun and challenging! Enjoy!! ABOUT THE VID : That was not my first idea for the challenge. My entry for the 4th round of BOIT! This time we had to choose a fandom and turn it inot a common fairytale. (: "Sleeping Beauty in Supernatural-Style" Judges Note: Um, yeah... i really hope that I did everything right. I am not sure about it, not at all. I hope it's okay that I changed some details: 1. Sleeping beauty turned into a male 2. The witch became a demon 3. The brave prince Dean... Dean is Sam's brother so I wasn't sure if it's allowed to choose him as prince but there is NOBODY who loves Sam more than Dean does. Their love to eachother is TRUE (brotherly or "more than brotherly", you can decide) and this is the point, isn't it? (': 4. Actually the princess hurt herself with a spindel but I had NO idea how to realize that, so SleepingBeauty!Sam got hurt by a knife. spindel...knife...almost the same object, isn't it?! HAHA xD I tried to find a way to balance between the actual storyline of the show and the storyline of the fairytale but I have to add that there are some different versions of sleeping beauty. I might have intermixed them a little bit. *pokerface* And I should add, at 0:50 the women are sleeping, as in the fairytale the whole kindom fell asleep, people who were near SleepingBeauty!Sam fell asleep too, if that makes any sense. (urgh...to the awful coloring...but my vegas absolutely HATES me. It renders in horrible quality and makes my computer crash like all the time. I don't know what to do... I worked on this vid for over a month to really get it done the way i pictured it in my head when i first came across this song after catching up with the epicness that Brian and Justin are...their love story really got to me and taught me some things that i'll never forget and it's really been a long time since a couple and a whole show have been so inspiring for me. I really feel like saying that it made my view of some things in life completely develop to another level which is maybe the reason why i am kinda proud of this vid. I really wanted to vid HP (or more than likely I just don't read enough lol), but I didn't want to just take one of the movies and put it to a song. So, I ended up with this. I didn't do the entire book, because, really, I like me too much to put myself through that kind of torture (this was enough of a pain), and just did the chapters after Ron left and Harry and Hermione were on there own. Ron & Hermione | Never Fall Away [BOIT]
'cause you and i were made for this. i was made to taste your kiss. we were made to never fall away. ------- so this is my first entry for the BOIT competition, which i am so honoured to even get through the auditions! basically, for our first task we had to do only one effect. the effect i chose was 'slow motion', so every clip was slowed down. i chose this effect because i really wanted to capture the emotion of both this song, and this couple, and i wanted the vid to be really simple and sweet. we also weren't allowed to use any colouring, except for colour curves to lighten and darken the clips. i've been struggling for a while now to think of an idea for the task, and then as soon as i saw the new DH2 trailer (well, specifically the last clip that's in my vid) i just KNEW i had to vid these two. i've wanted to vid them to this song for a while now, so i decided to use it for the task. i only vidded DH however since i don't have much HP media, but once DH2 comes out i'll make a full vid with this amazing pairing. (i would've actually liked to make this longer, but i couldn't really have slow motion clips with the fast bits -___-) so yeah, hope you all enjoy the vid and my new OTP (yes that's right, i only just started properly shipping them now. sue me), and i hope i did the task right! :D comment, rate, enjoy(:

***PLEASE WATCH in HD 720p*** YAY ! Finally managed to upload something with my poor connection ! This is the final round for the BOIT competition and we had a free choice for the video. Sometimes freedom is a poisoned gift ! I mean I didn't know what to do ! I don't know if I made the right choice but I always wanted to do something using that amazing dialogue between Rosalie and Bella. Because I really understand what Rosalie meant there. ABOUT THE VIDEO : Rosalie has a point. But Bella doesn't realise what she's going to lose and what she's going to become. I really wanted to add to the deepness of Rosalie's quotes using images of what was and will be her life and what differencies there were going to be between her present life and her future life. Besides Bella as a vampire is a cool idea I might use for the future... FOR THE COMPETITION : I know I didn't use many effects and that the video could seem far too simple to win but I hope the video would please in other differents aspects at least. My goal was to make the quotes, music and clips like a whole. Create something that would have something deeper than a perfect editing (which I know I won't never be good at !). well this is a new video. I will continue to re-upload other videos too. But I don't know which ones to reupload so you need to tell me. The challenge was to take a fandom and make it into a fairytale. I took Twilight and changed it into Beaurty and the Beast. Because I thought that because Edward saw himself as a monster, it could be taking into the concept of him being the beast. The storyline of Twilight is very nearly the storyline of beauty and the beast. You know, "so the lion fell in love with the lamb" or something like that. So I decided to do this but I know it's not very good but I really didn't have any other ideas or even inspirationfor this challenge. It was really hard for me and then considering I lost my other yt account, I really didn't feel like vidding but I pushed my self to finish it and there we go. I finished it and I am quite happy with the result considering I had no idea at all. I also tried to make mine different from the others as I knew that other people would do it as a trailer style but ... I hopefully didn't. Someone suggested to me to do Draco/Hermione as Cinderella but I had no idea if I was allowed to do that so I didn't but maybe I should do that idea anyway :) Just enjoy the video and lets hope i get through to the next round.
A Supernatural Fairytale
This is my entry for BOIT Challenge 4. The challenge was to take a fandom and turn it into a common fairytale. I chose Supernatural and turned it into the famous German fairytale "Hänsel & Gretel" by the Brothers Grimm. Judges Note: ------------------- I hope it's not a problem that Hänsel and Gretel are actually boy and girl. *laughs* The Winchester brothers are siblings, too and it's not a "love story between boy and girl" (like Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel etc etc etc) so I hope it's not a reason to disqualify me. And to quote Suse (who was so kind to be my beta for this) "if you look at Sam's long hair he might actually be a girl... Well, a huge girl". ;D I only used footage and audio material from Supernatural. I DIDN'T include any footage from other shows or movies. I tried to do something original so I ruled for the horror aspects of the story. Firstly because I wanted to stay true to the fandom and secondly because Fairytales ARE cruel, horrific and very violent. I remember that I was absolutely terrified when my older sister first read "Hänsel & Gretel" to me when I was about 5 years old. The whole cannibalism thing and getting lost in the woods scared the freaking shit out of me. I decided to take a bit of a risk and do a 'classical' re-cut of one of the most beautiful scenes of Fringe and to edit it so that even people who don't watch the show - which I expect to be the majority here - will be able to (at least basically) understand what's going on. As future king, Arthur constantly has to prove himself worthy of the throne to his father (which i think he did many many times, but apparently it's still not enough..). As for Morgana, she always had a free mind, never had Uther's vision of the world. But there are no doubts that Uther loves them with all his heart. I feel like Ryan Adam's beautiful voice brings the song to a whole new emotional level.
