Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington (Track 9 here: en.wikipedia.org released in 2004, and used this sample and rapped over it. Hydroponikz did this in 2005. In the track you can hear Hydroponikz rapping, Chester Bennington singing, and Mike Shinoda saying "breathe breathe breathe" during the bridge at 3:20. In the original track from HBMS, Mike's rap "Spell It Out" is also featured. This song is NOT part of Fort Minor, Gray Daze, Dead By Sunrise or released on any Linkin Park album. Hope this clears away some misunderstandings.
