Next use an all over foundation applied with a sponge - choose a foundation slightly lighter than your natural skin tone. Apply a blendible powder all over concentrating on the nose and chin area. Dust a bronzer all over the face with a large makeup brush to knock off any loose powder. Highlight the top of the cheek with a high lighting or glimmer powder. Apply a brown/pink blush to the cheekbone line and blend up towrds the temple. Apply a golden yellow, shimmer eyeshadow to the entire lid, right to the corner of the eye. Use a very light yellow shimmer eyeshadow just below the brow line. Aplly a warm brown eyeshadow along the lash line and in the crease of the eye with a eyeshadow brush. Line the top lid with a kohl black eyeliner as close to the eyelashes as possible. Line the inside rim of your eye with the same black kohl eyeliner and then underneath the lash line, all the way to the corner of the eye. Lightly smudge the top and bottom line with a eyeshadow sponge brush. Apply black mascara to the top and bottom lashes, concentrating on the outside corner lashes. An easy to follow recipe on how to make playdough at home, very inexpensive, long lasting playdough that smells really good and is safe for kids. All you need: 1 cup of flour 1 package of koolaid 1/4 cup salt 2 tbsp cream of tartar 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Combine the dry ingredients in a sauce pan and then stir in your warm water and oil. Stir in your sauce pan on Medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool. Knead the playdough and store in plastic bag in the fridge until ready to use.

Leona Lewis Makeup Bleeding Love Inspired
A Leona Lewis inspired makeup tips video tutorial. The look is from the Bleeding Love music video and it is more of a "day time version" of the look. The look involves an all over foundation with bronzer dusted on top. A highlighting powder is brush on the top of the apples of the cheeks. A pinkish shimmery blush has been applied on the apples of the cheek and then and bronze blush is blended in from the apple, along the cheekbone, right into the hairline. 4 different shades of eye shadow have been used. A shimmery white all over the eyelid area and then this is topped with a metallic silver. Using a medium eyeshadow brush, the 3rd colour of taupe is blended from the middle of the eyelid up to the eyebrow area. The last colour is charcoal grey and it is applied with a small eyeshadow brush along the lash line and then in the crease and corner of the eye with a larger brush. The look is finished with a glossy bronze lip gloss

How to make Lentil Walnut Veggie Burgers Video. Veggie Burgers are a nutritional alternative to beef burgers. Many people don't think of making their own veggie burgers but they are really easy to make at home. Store bought veggie burgers are nutritional but often very high in sodium and preservatives. You can substitute the eggs in this recipe with "flax eggs" which are a mix of 6 tbsp ground flax to 2 tbsp boiling water. The milk in this recipe can be substituted with either soya milk or rice milk. This makes the recipe completely vegan! Lentils are high in fiber which makes them a good protector against bowel cancer. I recommend organic, low sodium lentils if you are buying canned. They are an excellent source of protein and are an important source of B vitamins, especially B3, which is essential for both a healthy nervous system and digestive system. They are high in iron, zinc and calcium and are a good replacement for red meat. Like meat, the iron in lentils is better absorbed when they are eaten with a good source of vitamin C like leafy green vegetables. Walnuts are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, a special type of fat that is essential for our bodies, but that the body cannot produce.
