Another acoustic performance from the 'My First Gig' series, this time with Mark Lizotte (aka Diesel), singing the jazz/blues standard 'Since I Fell For You'. The song was originally written by Buddy Johnson in 1945, and has been covered by a multitude of artists, including the late Eartha Kitt, Jimmy Witherspoon, Bonnie Raitt, BB King, and it appeared on Diesel's first album 'Johnny Diesel And The Injectors' (1989). The album reached #2 on the Australian charts, no small achievement for a debut.
