PFLP cell arrested for attempted kidnappings
The Shin Bet has arrested 9 Palestinians from the Ramallah area who tried kidnapping a number of Israelis in the West Bank in March. The youths were members of a cell that was led by 22 year old Mahmad Ramdan, , and were affiliated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The cell members rented a car in March and traveled throughout the West Bank where they tried to kidnap a soldier without success. The cell members obtained an electrical shocker, tear gas, a lighter that looks like a gun and planned to hide the kidnapped Israeli in a cave or an apartment near Ramallah. They then planned to film the kidnapped Israeli and post the video on the Internet with a demand to release Palestinian prisoners currently in Israeli jails. In 2011, the IDF recorded around 20 attempts to kidnap soldiers in the West Bank and Israel. Senior officers have said that the increase in motivation was connected to the Gilad Schalit prisoner swap in October.
Florida Trooper Arrests Miami Police Officer in Marked Car for Speeding
A Miami Police officer was arrested at gunpoint and charged with reckless driving after allegedly leading the Florida Highway Patrol on a seven-minute chase in his squad car at speeds that reached 120 mph on Florida's Turnpike in Broward County earlier this month.A highway patrol trooper pulled out her gun to arrest Fausto López, 35, after he reportedly ignored repeated warnings to stop. López could not be reached for comment. As of Saturday, he was still assigned to regular duty at the Miami Police Department, said Cmdr. Delrish Moss, "because at this point it's a traffic offense." The incident, first reported by Univision 23, started at 6:28 am Oct. 11 on the southbound turnpike at Commercial Boulevard, when a trooper, identified as DJ Watts, saw a Miami patrol car switching lanes in a dangerous manner.Watts turned on her lights and siren but couldn't reach López, who was driving more than 120 mph, the report said. At about 6:33 am, Watts caught up to López. When she pulled in back of López's car, she once again activated her lights and siren, but López ignored the warnings, according to the report, and kept going.Finally, at 6:35 am, seven minutes after the start of the high-speed chase, López stopped his car near Hollywood. An FHP video given to Univision shows Watts approaching López's car with her gun drawn. "She drew her gun for her own safety based on the actions of the driver," said Sgt. Police in Bahrain have detained the head of the country's Centre for Human Rights - without explanation. Nabeel Rajab, known for his firm opposition to the ruling regime, was arrested - days before an interview with the world's top whistle-blower Julian Assange is due to air on RT. This was the end of a police chase and the Sgt. doesn't want video coverage from a credentialed member of the press. The photog asks how far to move back but the sgt. says no you can't shoot it at all. Notice the road is open to traffic, there are people without a camera that are standing there and even some kids walk straight through the scene. White Supremacist Group Members Arrested in Orlando
Ten suspects linked to the American Front white supremacist group were planning an attack on Jews, immigrants and minorities in Central Florida, the Orlando Sentinel reported. Police in Oakland, California, have used tear-gas and flash-grenades as a 2000-strong Occupy Oakland march turned violent, with some protesters claiming that rubber bullets had been also fired into the crowd. Man Arrested For Live Assault On TV Reporter - Grabs microphone and screams "I am that Nigger!"
APRIL 19--In the midst of a live TV report about a South Carolina crime crackdown, a 20-year-old black man last night shoved a female reporter, grabbed her microphone, and screamed, "I am that nigger!" into the camera. Shortly after bumrushing reporter Ashley Taylor, 23, during her report on the 11 PM news, Justin Moore, 20, was collared by Myrtle Beach cops. Taylor, a reporter with WMBF, an NBC affiliate, was not injured during the incident. According to a Myrtle Beach Police Department report, Taylor told cops that "4-5 black males" approached her crew as they prepared for a report. "When she went live with her report one of the black males pushed her to the side almost to the ground and ripped the microphone from her hand." After interrupting the broadcast, Moore ran off "laughing and yelling," reported police. He was later located by cops--who examined video of Taylor's report--and apprehended after he attempted to flee. Moore, a Charlotte, North Carolina resident, was also positively identified by Taylor. Moore, pictured in the above mug shot, was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Horry County jail in lieu of $1356 bond. Before Moore interrupted her broadcast, Taylor was planning to report on how escalating crime rates were impacting businesses along Ocean Boulevard, where she had set up with her crew. On March 17 , OWS demonstrators gathered for their Six month anniversary, were people re-occupied Zucotti Park. This footage begins around 9 O'clock,and shows the gathering that took place along with many arrests.The NYPD orders all to evacuate in order for the park to be "Cleaned". The Wanted Gets Arrested on "Punk'd"

What's up guys, I'm Joslyn Davis coming to you from our Hollywood headquarters with news on UK guy group The Wanted. Based on various reports and some new video footage making the rounds online, it looks like The Wanted will be getting punked when the show is rebooted later this month. According to the Daily Mail, the prank went down at the El Rey theater in Los Angeles when the guys were accused on trespassing by law enforcement. Here's the crazy part though, the outlet actually states that some believe that band-member Jay, was actually in on the whole prank while the other guys remained in the dark. The guys look genuinely concerned in the video, as they follow police instructions. However, I have to say that in reality, this punking is great news for The Wanted. It's a sure sign that they are catching on big-time here in the US. The news comes on the heels of their announcement of the release of the first US album, which is coming on April 24th. Are you guys as excited as we are about this possible episode of the MTV show? Moreover, we know that the Wanted has a relationship with Justin Bieber, and we know he's already involved with the show, so it could be possible that he's in on this prank as well.
