And wow so many views! I should make one for my newer process, since Sai's catching on. ;D NOTE: This tutorial is for people who have nothing but the basics used. Flash, ToonBoom, etc, those are more advanced programs, that not everyone can afford/will risk downloading a virus for. So please do not comment about a superior program like I don't know they exist, or like this tutorial is pointless. It's helped a lot of people step into animating, who may very well step up their programs if they find the passion. Thanks~

A) You can get anything for free if you know how - whether or not you can get it for free depends on how willing you are to break the law. However, if you have a shred of decency in you and want to buy it rather than steal it, I suggest getting it from Amazon.com or Adobe's own website. The cost of the program varies depending on the version Q3) How do you make the frame go transparent/faint? A) The correct term in "onion skin" and you get it by setting the layer opacity of the layer you want to make transparent to 40% Q4) Is this your character? A) Yes Q5) Will you ever finish this? How to Animate a LEGO Figure Walking

How to Animate Keyframes In Adobe After Effects
SALE TODAY: Learn Piano on iOS bit.ly Keyframe Animation is one of those basic things that's going to apply across the board to everything you do in Adobe After Effects. It's a fairly basic concept that calls for you to take your footage from point A to point B within a certain amount of given time. So, to begin, you'll need to define where point A is and where point B is on your Timeline. Create a new Composition first by navigating to the top menu bar and clicking Composition -- New Composition or by pressing Command+N on your keyboard. With your newly created Composition set up, click in its blank window, navigate to the top menu bar and click Layer -- New -- Solid. This will reveal a dialog box allowing you to specify options, such as width, height and color, for creating a solid of any kind. Press OK to create a solid within your Composition window. Make the solid smaller so it looks like a small cube and drag it over toward the left side of the Composition window. Start with your play marker at the beginning of your Timeline and click the stop watch icon next to Position in the bottom panel. This will create a keyframe at the location of your play marker. Then, scrub forward any given length of time with your play marker and move the solid cube to a different position in the Composition window. Once moved, click the stop watch icon again to create another keyframe at the new location of your play marker. Now, you've created a keyframe at the beginning of the clip ...
