Alphacat is PISSED (Customer service FAIL- DAY 205- 2.1.10)

After buying a new expensive HD camera and accessories, I found out the accessories were very cheap and didn't work with. I loved the camera, but wanted to return the lenses. However they kept me on the phone for over an HOUR basically refusing to give me my confirmation code until I accepted another offer to compensate. Naturally I got pissed cause that is unheard of.
