Sigur Rós - Ágætis Byrjun Sigur Ros is an Icelandic post-rock band with melodic, classical, and minimalist elements. The band is known for its ethereal sound, and frontman Jónsi Birgisson's falsetto vocals and use of bowed guitar. In January 2010, the band announced that they will be on hiatus until further notice in order to pursue solo careers and to spend time with their families. This was my first time performing anywhere in front of anyone, t'was at a benefit concert to raise money for the organization One Child's Village. Sorry about the quality of the video... and the shakiness and whatnot of the camera... it's the sound that counts anyway! :) I originally had this posted on my Vimeo account a few months ago, but then I decided to move over to YouTube. He was the pioneer of Satyagraha—resistance to tyranny through mass civil disobedience, firmly founded upon ahimsa (total non-violence), which led India to independence and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world. Gandhi is commonly known in India and across the world as "Mahatma Gandhi." I couldn't decide whether to draw Marthin Luther King Jr., or Gandhi. Sorry if it's too long, and about that black part...lol, I think my mom cut the lights out! :) I hope you enjoy it, and feel free to comment! ViciAudio - Sigur Rós "In a Frozen Sea" (agaetis byrjun)

ViciAudio.blogspot.com (Make sure to select the highest playback resolution available - should be 480p - for the best audio quality. It does make a difference, the audio is much less compressed by Youtube if the highest resolution is selected.) One of the tracks from the gorgeous In a Frozen Sea set which includes all Sigur Rós albums up to Takk... These are the best sounding vinyl versions of the first three albums. The original releases are not as good and the pressing quality was even worse then, and the recently released DMM cut records sound really bad, muffled with huge rolloff on the upper frequencies, clear symptoms of "digital source". This 7LP set sounds great, open and strong, it certainly sounds analog and I believe it uses analog masters (apparently Sigur Rós was recording and mixing in analog domain at least until Takk). The pressing quality is not very good, you might end up with some groove distortion and noise on some tracks, but I still prefer this to the bad sounding LP's (or even worse, the CD's).
