Expert: Renee French Video transcript: Hi, my name is Renee French and I'm here at Practical Massage Therapy in Nashville, Tennessee, and I'm going to be talking about massage therapy. So I'm here today to show you how to give a foot massage. One of the ways that I like to work is with someone on a massage table. You can do this on your bed at home, and just have the person laying with their head away from you. And their feet towards the edge of the bed, or the edge of the table. I do prop the ankles up with a bolster, a roll of blankets, or a pillow. And then I just uncover one foot at a time. Whichever foot I've decided to work on first. I usually use a really nice massage cream, oil, or you can even use nice lotion with some essential oils. Peppermint is really great, as well as lavender. So I just get a good amount of massage cream to coat the sole of the foot. And I like the particular angle with the person face down, because it exposes the entire sole of the foot. Sometimes, face up, it's hard to just see what you're doing, so this is a really nice angle. You can get some nice warming opening strokes. And just using your hands along the sole of the foot, just give it some nice pressure. And you can lean into it. And then, using your thumbs, just do small circles over the heel. Fall Asleep Foot Massage - ASMR

Paul Scholes is a legend at this soccer technique called the soccer ping or ping kick. I personally call this type of soccer passing the ping. In my opinion it's one of the harder soccer skills and techniques out there! Today we are learning how to ping a ball. This is what it looks like. Description: A "ping" is a low driven ball that can be used as a pass or shot. When pinging the ball, the ball stays on the ground or is in the air a foot or two off the ground. Manchester United Legend Paul Scholes is a former player who had a phenomenal ping on him! The purpose of pinging a ball is to get the ball to your target as quickly and as accurately as possible. Let's say you look up and have a teammate that is 30-40 yards away from you with no defenders between you and your teammate. A regular pass would take some time to get there. A lobbed, chip pass would take a lot of time to in the air to get there. This is a situation where you want to "ping" it in! Key Points: 1. Stand five steps behind the ball, but a step to the side of it. 2. Shoulders face your target. Do not come from an angle and turn your shoulders. 3. Run up to the ball smooth and your plant foot should be 6 inches next to the ball. 4. Turn your pining foot out and rotate it down showing your laces. You want to hit right below the middle of the ball with the hard part of your foot that is below the base of your big toe. 5. On the night of September 7, 1996, Shakur attended the Mike Tyson - Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After leaving the match, one of Suge's associates spotted 21 year-old Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, a member of the Southside Crips, in the MGM Grand lobby and informed Shakur. Shakur then attacked Anderson. Shakur's entourage, as well as Suge and his followers assisted in assaulting Anderson. The fight was captured on the hotel's video surveillance. A few weeks earlier, Anderson and a group of Crips had robbed a member of Death Row's entourage in a Foot Locker store, precipitating Shakur's attack. After the brawl, Shakur went to rendezvous with Suge to go to Death Row-owned Club 662 (now known as restaurant/club Seven). He rode in Suge's 1996 black BMW 750iL sedan as part of a larger convoy including many in Shakur's entourage. At 10:55 pm, while paused at a red light, Shakur rolled down his window and a photographer took his photograph.[52] At around 11:0011:05 pm, they were halted on Las Vegas Blvd. by Metro bicycle cops for playing the car stereo too loud and not having license plates. Snow challenges drivers on Barrow Road in Little Rock, AR
Roads covered by ice and snow posed a challenge for most drivers in Little Rock. The state highway department reported snow on all the interstates in the Little Rock area, and snow or heavy snow on most of the major thoroughfares around the rest of the state. In Little Rock, city streets were covered with snow and there were numerous reports of stuck cars and minor wrecks. More than a foot of snow has fallen in areas of Northwest Arkansas, dealing yet another blow to the winter weary region. Cars were left abandoned on the side of the road, and 18-wheelers were having trouble navigating Interstate 540.
