Aaj Ki Aurat
Roshni comes from a family of three, ie a mother who is a widow and a young sister Anju. They have been living in Mumbai and are living a middle class lifestyle. Roshni's father was a police inspector and she follows her father's footsteps where she undergoes a training and is appointed with the same title and is in charge of the Santacruz Police Station. She finds enough evidence to get the Home Minister Anna Patil's son Dheeraj Kumar arrested, but the court does not find him guilty and this forces Roshni to quit. Her sister Anju is molested Dheeraj and goes into coma and when the police refuses to take action against this she confronts Anna Patil and Dheeraj and is soon on the run from the Police, accused of killing two of Patil's associates. She is subsequently arrested and held in a prison cell and tortured. Her mother's attempts to locate her are in vain. Watch this movie to know what happens next!

Aaj Ka Naya Khiladi is the dubbed Hindi version of Telugu film Rechipo starring Nitin and Ileana. Nitin stars as Siva, a modern day Robinhood who steals money from the rich and distributes it among the poor, orphans. When a police team (led by Bhanuchander) nabs a mafia gang member, his confession about the presence of cricket betting and black money forces the team to report it to the Home Minister (Ahuti Prasad). Siva steals this black money and to escape from Police he befriends an old lady and accompanies her to a wedding. Krishnaveni (Illeana) meets Siva in this wedding and after some petty fights; they realize that they are in love. The one fine day, it's revealed that Siva is a thief and Kishnaveni is heartbroken. The rest of the story is about how Siva woos Krishnaveni and how the mafia gets involved in the middle of all this action.

Nayak (Suman), the local police chief, appoints Parasuram as undercover cop to recover 10 crore money stolen by Neelakanta. Parasuram gets hold of Neelakanta's blind sister and makes her fall in love with him. The rest of the story is all about the conflict between Parasuram and Neelakanta.

Neel alias Neelkanta (Upendra) and Agastya (Priyamani) are siblings. Purse alias Parasuram (Raja) is their buddy. The two police families get separated from each other as tragedy strikes in the death of their fathers with the manipulation of their jealous colleague Naik (Suman). Twenty years pass by. Neel, who turns a dreaded gangster, thinks that his father was killed by Parasuram's father (who is also no more). So, he wants to kill Parasuram, his buddy, to take revenge. Interestingly, Parasuram, who works as Police informer, falls in love with Neel's sister. After a couple of flashback episodes, Neel realizes his fallacy and wants the marriage of Parasuram and Agastya. When the duo (Neel and Parasu) are about to kill Naik (who is now Police commissioner), he commits suicide. But, in the climax fighting, Neel is shot in the chest. After death, Neel wishes good luck to Parasu and Agastya -- as he travels amidst clouds dressed in his typical "Upendra" style.

The Bengali film Aaj Kaal Parsur Galpo was released in the year 1982 starring Niranjan Roy, Mahua Roy Choudhury, Depankar Dey, Alpona Gupta & others. The Bengali film is directed by Nabendu Chatterjee, Nikhil Chattopadhyay scored the music in the film. The story is as Rampada a poor farmer of Bengal stayed with his wife and child. All such incidents forced Mukta to live in a red light area. Shankar a great patriot and a social reformer worked hard to change the situation. He belonged to the same village where Rampada and Mukta lived. Shankar took the case and after a huge effort, he was able to put them together. Ghanshyam intervened and tried to disrupt their union. The villagers did not accept that and supported Mukta. After a long battle, Rampada got the chance to meet his wife. At last, they managed to start their new life with the help of Shankar.
