Okay so I heard the song the first time and thought it was dope...but then i saw the video...with chris brown going off in it for no reason...and it was just fun! I felt like i needed some fun in my life and i decided that there was no way I COULDN'T choreograph to this song. hahah. So the choreo ALONE was inspired by the music video...and I wanted to wait for a spur of the moment time to shoot it cuz that's how I felt the video was. So right before the Young Lions-CCC workshop with Jun Quemado and Brian Puspos on march 5th I asked them to get down on the chorus with me and just be stupid and funny. So that's it! We literally did two and half takes and only this one was usable lol but it felt so right! As for the effects on the video i have to thank thank thank thank thank the brilliant minds behind my friends at KINEMA GROUP. And finally they added the finishing touches to make the inspiration to the music video clear. I already know people are going to hate on the video effects but if you find yourself doing that you should watch my Eminem tribute. HA. cuz this is my channel and I'll post whatever I want. He has been awarded numerous extended scholarships to the Millennium Dance Complex/LA, Broadway Dance Center/NYC,Alvin Ailey Extension and Debbie Reynolds. Other scholarships include: 4 from Monsters of Hip Hop, and WCDE . Currently he is a VIP tour pass winner for Monsters of Hip Hop. ***CONTENT WARNING-DONT PLAY THIS AROUND LITTLE EARS! LOL*** Eminem has always been my favorite rapper. I think he's brilliant from his flow to his rhyme scheme to his emotion. Everything. It's all perfect to me...because he's original...and he dares to go where most people are afraid to go because they're afraid they can't say something a certain way. Eminem has been a huge inspiration to me in that way because i've never been afraid to move how I want move. Personally...I have a mechanism in my system...that has always shielded and changed my hurt or sad feelings into pretty intense anger and frustration. Eminem and his music has ALWAYS been there for me, ever since I was a little kid...he's always the first thing I'd play when i got mad...but I never wanted to choreograph to his music because it was hard and I wanted it to feel perfect and feel real. Unfortunately I've been experiencing a lot of pain from people (people i looked at as friends) letting me down, taking from me, or biting over the past few months and it has really hurt and made me angry. And this is the product :)...and I am so thankful for dance as an outlet to free my bundled up emotion...people may or may not like this video but that's okay...this video was for me and it was something i needed to get off of my chest...something I needed to put out there to the people that have hurt or taken from me. Mystic River
Directed by Clint Eastwood, the mysterious drama Mystic River is based on the novel by Dennis Lehane and adapted by screenwriter Brian Helgeland. Set in an Irish neighborhood in Boston, Jimmy, Sean, and Dave are three childhood friends who are reunited after a brutal murder takes place. Reformed convict Jimmy Markum (Sean Penn) and his devoted wife Annabeth (Laura Linney) find out that their teenage daughter Katie (Emmy Rossum) has been beaten and killed. Jimmy's old friend Sean Devine (Kevin Bacon) is the homicide detective assigned to the case, along with partner Whitey Powers (Laurence Fishburne). Jimmy also gets his relatives, the Savage brothers (Adam Nelson and Robert Wahlberg), to conduct an investigation of their own.
