Recorded on February 1st, 2010, in the same studio as the original 25 years earlier (Henson Recording Studios, formerly A&M Recording Studios) "We Are The World 25 For Haiti", in which Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie serve as executive producers and producers, was created in collaboration with executive producers Wyclef Jean, Randy Phillips and Peter Tortorici; producers Humberto Gattica and RedOne; and co-producers Rickey Minor, Mervyn Warren and Patti Austin to benefit the Haitian earthquake relief efforts and the rebuilding of Haiti. Academy Award-winning writer-director Paul Haggis (Crash, Million Dollar Baby), whose own personal efforts as well as those of Artists for Peace and Justice have already saved countless lives in Haiti, filmed the private recording session to create the accompanying video and behind-the-scenes production, and serves as Film Director and as an Executive Producer with Jones, Richie, Jean, Phillips and Tortorici. The 25th Anniversary recording features over 80 artists and performers. The recording of We Are The World 25 For Haiti embodied the same enthusiasm, sense of purpose and generosity as the original recording 25 years ago. Every one of the artists who participated, regardless of genre or generation, walked into the room with their hearts and souls completely open to coming together to help the people of Haiti.

Lore For Noobs - Thrall (Part 1 of 3)
Thrall, the former Warchief of the Horde, Azeroth's greatest shaman, an orc fighting for peace between the Horde and the Alliance. This is as most people know Thrall, but he's travelled a long way to reach this status. Thrall was born two years after the opening of the Dark Portal, and was the future heir of the Frostwolf clan. His father was the great chieftain, Durotan and his mother was the beautiful and courageous Draka. He was as his father said himself, a healthy, beautiful and strong boy, and his father already proudly knew that his son would be a worthy heir to the chieftain title of their clan. Durotan, had years earlier had found the existence of the orcish warlock Gul'dan's Shadow Council, and had found that the council was who truly lead the Horde in to the rampage they were on, for Gul'dan's own winning and not for the glory of the Horde. Durotan had been exiled for his knowledge, and was now determined to do something about Gul'dan and forge a better future for his people, his clan, and his son. Durotan and Draka set out in secret to find Durotan's old friend, Orgrim Doomhammer. They found Doomhammer, and Durotan told his old friend of Gul'dan's treachery. And Doomhammer promised that Gul'dan wouldn't go by unpunished. The two orcs and their child were escorted away from the orcish camp by one of Doomhammer's personal guards, but the guard proved to be a traitor. Gul'dan's assassins found the orc family, slaughtered Durotan and Draka, leaving baby Thrall on ...

Classic Game Room reviews SPACE HARRIER for Sega Master System from 1986, the 8-bit version of the Yu Suzuki arcade classic. While the Sega Master System doesn't handle the game with smooth perfection or arcade quality visuals it does a great job trying. Relatively responsive controls make playing Space Harrier fun but choppy visuals ruin that arcade quality experience. It was difficult to see exactly where enemies were or to avoid obstacles, but back in the 80's this game was the bomb on the Master System. Fans of Space Harrier should look for better versions these days like the Sega Saturn version, Wii arcade, PS3 and 360 or 32X. This game is known as Cyber Speedway in the West and features space ship race car designs from legendary designer Syd Mead who designed the Tron light cycles and Spinners from Blade Runner (among many, many other things). Graphically Gran Chaser has that sad-1995-polygon look which feels dated but the gameplay is really solid and very fun. This is a future death race style game where you can smash and ram other ships as well as launch missiles at them. Fans of games like Hydro Thunder and Fatal Inertia should get a kick out of Gran Chaser / Cyber Speedway. This is the Japanese release featuring Japanese dialog.
